Military Filing Discount

Hello, my Military discount isn't properly being applied to my return. Before I get a canned response, yes I have selected I am Military. Yes I have a W2 From the Air Force for the whole year. Yes I have I have been in since before the year started. Yes I have selected deployment/ combat exemptions. Yes, I have declared my PCS expenses.

I see other people have the same issues, sadly I can't call support because I am overseas

Which TurboTax online edition are you using?  If you are using any of the Live editions, those are not eligible for the military discount.
