I only have my military APO address, why is it asking for my physical address. I am overseas in Japan. What am i supposed to do?

I have never had this issue before. This is the first time this has happened. I've always used turbo tax.

You can enter your APO AP address.

The OP has a valid question and this applies to me also. The APO address WILL NOT WORK. Technically the APO address is not a "post office box" but the software is flagging on more than this. Even if I take out "Box xxx" it will flag the "PSC" code. This never happened with the installed application as I've been using that for 10+ years, all with APO addresses, with no problem. This year decided to try the web-based product and this is one of a few problems I've found. Anyone at an APO address actually find a way forward?
