I believe i mest up on my taxes because i am a military member and my taxes come out as “self employed”

Yes, that sounds like something went wrong.

You should be entering a Military W2 and that should not designate you as being Self-Employed.

You can ask for a line by line review, Offline Review, or Clear and Start over.
