How do I get all my state taxes paid if I am using the military spouse residency relief act for my taxes?

I live in Missouri, but am a resident of Louisiana due to my spouse being active duty. I paid MO taxes, but am only showing a portion due to be returned.

You must file a nonresident tax return for Missouri and report zero income.

My wife is a Virginia resident. I am a Florida resident, but active duty military stationed in Virginia. Can we file jointly or do we have to file separate?
