Catching Up on My Taxes

I have file taxes in 4 years and I’m a married disable veteran with only my disability benefits as a source of income. My spouse was unable to work due to transitioning to this country. Coming out of a hardship. How do I file taxes for both of us? Past and now?

Veterans benefits are not taxable and you do not enter them on a tax return.    Unless you have had some other kinds of income in addition to the VA benefits, you do not need to file tax returns.
