Capital Gains and Losses not transfering

I have imported my 1099-B into turbotax and identified which stocks that were sold are long term and short term gains. However when I continue to the Gain/Loss portion it states that i have 0 capital Gain/Loss even though my 1099-B says otherwise. From my understanding TurboTax Premier should calculate this for me.

Yes, the program does calculate which is why the zero is hard to understand. They could not all be disallowed sales or wash sales. Did the basis and sales price get entered as the same amount?

No, both the basis and sales prices for most of them are different amounts. When I preview the form it does indicate under the 8494 form that each stock has 0 cost basis and sale price, with a 0 Gain/Loss for that stock. I can see where I can edit that information manually in the form. However there is no where on the interactive portion of turbotax that allows me to edit that information. I am able to change each stock to Short/Long Term and edit the cost basis and sale price, but it does not calculate automatically the gain/loss nor does it allow me to input it besides going to the "Form Option"
