Sorry---but your post did not really ask a question. What is your question about working at Goodwill or Walmart? And you are mentioning the years 2010 and 2012. What are you trying/hoping to do with the 2010 or 2012 information?

It is too late to file a 2016, or earlier (2010 or 2012), tax return to get a refund. There is a 3 year limit. A 2016 return would have had to been filed no later than April 15, 2020 (3 years from April 15, 2017)
