If the system asked you if it was 'sold or disposed of in a prior year' then it meant years prior to 2022. When you checked 'yes' it thought you got rid of it in the past and not during the tax year that you are working on. So it helped you out and deleted it.
You can delete your return and start over and it will import the data from last year again. Or you can re-enter the house.
If you selected the option for "I did not rent or attempt to rent this property in 2022" then the program "incorrectly" deleted the SCH E and all information pertaining to the property from your 2022 tax return. Your choices are
1. Start over and re import the data from the 2021 tax return.
2. Manually re-enter the data on your 2022 return.
