Who is characterized as a co-occupant (Minnesota)? It says to complete for any other person EXCEPT boarders, renters - Does that include my partner who pays partial rent?

I don't remember this sheet before and I can't find anything online to explain what it really means.

Yes, your partner is a co-occupant. ‌A co-occupant is any person who lived with you except for boarders, renters, your dependents, your parents, or your
spouse’s parents. ‌If your partner chips in with the rent (as opposed to paying you rental income) he's a co-occupant.
