Who has experience filing a loss from an investment group?

The info was not mailed to each investor and the amounts/form was vague,, only showing ending capital and a negative (loss) amount.

If this "investment group" was set up properly then they should be filing a partnership or S-Corp  return which would produce a K-1 form for each partner to enter on their personal tax returns ... without some kind of tax reporting form entering in anything would be impossible.
