Where to enter 2021 form 8582 passive activity loss

A CPA did our taxes last year.

The 2021 form 8582 showed line 2b activities with net loss of -150 and line 2c prior years' unallowed loses

-2600.  

How can I get this information into Turbo Tax when using Turbo tax for the first time for 2022 taxes?

in Turbotax it's not enter on the 8582. as you get to the actual activity to enter current year info you should be asked about any passive loss carryforward and enter it as part of the activity info
