Where do I put cost of stocks/bonds brokerage fees?

You can input your investment expenses in TurboTax here:

  • Select Federal Taxes (Personal if using TurboTax Self Employed or Home and Business)
  • Select Deductions & Credits
  • You may need to click on Skip to see all tax breaks
  • Scroll down to Retirement and Investments
  • Other Investment Expenses
  • Start or update
You will then be in the interview to enter your investment advisor fees.
