What should I enter under "Foreign Taxes on Other Income" when I am only claiming the FTC on rental income?

The software prompts me for foreign tax on rent, as shown in the screen grab below.

Then there is a line, "Foreign Taxes on Other Income." What other taxes are they referring to? I'm confused about how Turbotax is trying to handle the FTC. Personally, I'm not claiming the FTC on earned income, only passive.

Taxes on other income would be if you had non rental income that you were taxed on ... in your situation you will ONLY use the rental box and leave the other blank.
