What form for rental income
Rental Income is reported on Schedule E. Please see these instructions for entering Rental Information into TurboTax: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288530
If that does not work, please try these instructions:
1. On the Tax Timeline, navigate to "Federal Taxes".
2. Select "Wages and Income" on the second menu bar.
3. Select "Check for more income" then "Skip to see all income".
4. Scroll down to the "Rental Properties and Royalties" section and click "Show More"
5. Select "Start" (or Revisit) next to "Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)"
6. Answer the interview questions and then you will be able to add the Condo and income/expenses related to the property. (see screenshots below)
