We have stock investments but Edward Jones says no tax forms will be generated. What does this mean?

Our Edward Jones account is not issuing any tax forms on our account. Not sure what this means, can you tell me?

That is a matter that you will have to discuss with your broker, Edward D Jones. If they do not make statements available to you, they also do not make available a download of data within TurboTax.

Only possibility that comes to mind is that the total reported income is under $10 and no other issues apply.
