Utilities Deduction

Is there a reason that when I enter my utility deduction in turbo tax it comes back as a $1 deduction when it should be over $1400? Last year was able to deduct $1300 but this year only $1. Did a rule change?

Are you entering your utilities deduction as a portion of your home office deduction?  In that case there are a number of limitations based on income that could change from year to year.
