Uber Rental Car Insurance Deductible

I rent a vehicle for Uber and the car was hit overnight. Due to rental agreement whether it was my fault or not I had to pay for Insurance Deductible of $1000. That to me is a loss of wages since i did not cause the accident but no person was accused of being at fault since it happened in the middle of the night. Can i put those $1000 as an expense?

Yes. Put those as part of the rental car expense.
