Turbotax reviews my MA state returns is asks me to fill in dates on a Schedule B/D Capital Gains/Losses Worksheet but it won't let me enter any dates. How do I do it?

Turbotax will let me file leaving the dates blank if I esign acknowledging that I left them out. Should I do that?
