TurboTax is incorrectly calculating "net capital gains" for the New Mexico Net Capital Gains Deduction

TurboTax is incorrectly calculating "net capital gains" by excluding short-term capital gains but the State of New Mexico says short term gains HAVE to be included, how to fix this?
