TurboTax and K-1 both offer no help for: Box 11 Enter Code A Detail, Box 11 Enter Code I Detail, Box 13 Enter Code W Detail

I invested in a fund. They sent me a K-1 that has numbers in Box 11 Code A, Box 11 Code I, and Box 13 Code W. I can follow directions and enter those numbers into TurboTax, but then when TurboTax asks for "Enter Code A/I/W Detail", I'm completely lost! The K-1 doesn't offer help in terms of saying which schedules or forms the numbers should go into. The K-1 statements/notes only provide brief descriptions as follows:

LINE 11 - OTHER INCOME(LOSS)
============================
A OTHER PORTFOLIO INCOME(LOSS)
-------------------------------
A OTHER PORTFOLIO INCOME (LOSS)        <##number##>

I OTHER INCOME(LOSS)
---------------------
OTHER MISCELLANEOUS INCOME
INCOME MISCELLANEOUS        <##number##>
FROM PASS-THROUGH ENTITIES        <##number##>
TOTAL BOX I        <##number##>

LINE 13 - OTHER DEDUCTIONS
==========================
W OTHER DEDUCTIONS
-------------------

OTHER DEDUCTIONS INCLUDED IN ITEM L, CURRENT YEAR INCREASE (DECREASE)
PROFESSIONAL FEES        <##number##>
TOTAL BOX W        <##number##>

What I need help with is how should I fill out the three TurboTax pages that ask for "Enter Code A Detail" for Box 11, "Enter Code I Detail" for Box 11, and "Enter Code W Detail" for Box 13?

Don't they have a customer service department? Maybe call them.
