Is this only for investment properties or can it be for your personal home? Where in the process would you enter this information? I saw a section for stolen property or property damage but nothing for maintenance. Thanks!

No, maintenance is not an expense that is allowed for your personal home. Only investment properties, producing income such as rents, would be allowed any maintenance deductions.
