Stuck on Form 1040-x , cannot fill in , see attached

I have received great advise this week thank you all, I am stuck on how to complete my  amended 2020 return. Can anyone please advise how to complete the form? See attached.

I think I have found answer: I amended return then TT prompted to run review for errors came up with state error with thing to enter but also included the following line:  

"Stop. If you are changing your Illinois return due to a change to your federal return that resulted in an overpayment, do not file this form until you receive notification the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)accepted the changes. " so I hold off...
