rental properties info did not get transferred from Turbo Tax 2024

Do you mean that when you transferred your 2023 return into 2024, your rental  info did not show up?  Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?

 

If desktop, find your .tax2023 file on your computer, and when you open 2024, browse to that file location to transfer.

 

If online, be sure you signed in under the same account you used for 2023.  Here's how to Retrieve Your Sign In to TurboTax.
