Rental items for business such as linens and tables fall under rentals or supplies

Supplies are for incidentals that last less than a year. Examples are pens, copier paper, shipping material, cleaning supplies, etc.

If you rented tables and linens for your business, list it under rental expenses, then equipment rentals. You can list a description along with the amount.
