Why is it asking for me to input the Appraised Property Value tax K-40PT for where I live, but I rent my condo, I do not own it. Can I just say 0?

The form K-40PT is used to apply for a property tax refund. Since you don't own the condo, you would not qualify, so it would be OK to enter $0 for the appraised value.

Uh, unless he's a low income senior, it shouldn't be asking. I think there's a bug where TurboTax is forcing an answer to this question and nothing else from K-40PT for those who have not asked for it and don't want it.
