Where to list sales expenses for sale of 2nd home? TurboTax says to enter when it asks for sales expenses later, but it never asks. They're not subtracted on my 1099-S.

If the program never asks for your sales expenses, add them to your cost basis - the result will be the same as reducing the proceeds by the same amount.
