I have long-term capital loss carryover to enter, where do I enter it?
I didn't use TurboTax last year, but I still have long-term capital loss capital need to be entered on Schedule D. TurboTax didn't ask me to enter it.
Use this tool as a shortcut to get to the capital loss carryover questions.
Sorry! But there is no RETURN REVIEW on the screen or Tax Tools, Tools as you mentioned

I didn't use the term "RETURN REVIEW" anywhere. Instead I told you to open your return interview. In other words, go back to the interview for your in-progress return, and then I gave the steps once your return was open. The instructions I provided above are for ONLINE TurboTax.
Please verify what product you are using.
Underneath your question above, it says you are using Online TurboTax. Is that wrong? Are you instead using desktop software (CD/download)?
If you are using Online TurboTax, here's what that left column menu looks like when your return interview is open. If you're using desktop software, this won't apply, and I can give you different directions.

Once you click on Tax Tools, then Tools, you will get the Tools window. Then follow the rest of the steps as I provided previously.
If you are using desktop software (CD/download), this method won't apply to you, and I'll give you different instructions.
Or is this your issue?
If you're using Online TurboTax, and if you are not able to get back to your return interview and the menu I described, does TurboTax think you were finished so your return is closed?
If TurboTax thinks you were finished and the return is closed, then to open the return interview back up, at the Tax Home click on a link "Add a State." That doesn't really add one but will open a return back up, where you can follow the rest of the steps.
