I got this message from TT. "Check This Entry. Standard / Itemized Deduction Worksheet: Prior year contributions carryover must be verified." What do I do? There is no

Apparently there is an error in my tax return, but TT is not helping me solve the problem.  All I see is a Continue button, which takes me to the next error. What do I do? Do I just ignore this error?

Do you have contribution carryovers from last year?   Does it show an amount?   It might not prevent e-file, but you should confirm any carryover amounts are correct before you file.

I did find a small checkbox on the form, so I checked it. Not sure what it is for, but it allowed me to get past the TT check. Why does TurboTax make this so hard?
