Apparently TurboTax and Schwab are not in sync on availability of docs for import...

Please ensure that you have enabled third-party access within your Schwab account. Although your screenshot differs from the message in this help resource. The third party access rule still applies. Let us know if your issue persists after looking into it.

Okay - it is Feb 18 and doc import from Schwab works now

you're trying to import PDFs. that doesn't work. PDFs are for download they will not import. 

in Turbotax when you get to interest income'

click on the add 

then import from broker

then select schwab

then continue

you should see a message about opening a window in your default web broweser

then ok

then get my form

log in 

check grant access (scroll down if needed) 

continue

accept

select account(s)

continue/done

after successful connection go back to Turbotax

and check off the items you want imported.   

then import now. 

need help contact Schwab.

just an FYI imports are formatted differently than PDFs
