1099-B Undetermined Term transaction zero net proceeds

I received a 1099-B with a “undetermined” transaction. It list the stock, number of shares, date sold, date acquired, and “1d-Proceeds & 6-Gross Reported Net” says 0. It also says Zero Net proceeds in the notes. The “cost or other basis” and “gain or loss” is left as a dash. Apparently what happened is the financial broker had a option to buy additional shares but chose not to with the fund and let it expire on the date sold noted on the 1099 both happened during the year i.e date acquired june 2021 and date sold july 2021. So there was no buy or sale. Should I put on TT zero for “net proceeds” and zero for “cost or other basis” and zero for “gain or loss”? TT desktop only lets a number go in here. Thanks in advance for help.

If there was no execution of the transaction it will not have to be reported on your tax return.
