QBI & Aggragation for Real Estate

Hello,

I'll try to be brief.

I have 3 rental properties, I would like for them all to be under one Enterprise and have QBI.

When I go through, I can add them all when prompted and all of the forms list MyLLcName LLC, however when I finish (and when looking in forms mode), all of the QBI/Loss & UBIA numbers are listed under "Enterprise #1", which has the same Tax ID as my LLC, but that I did not manually create (purposefully, anyways.)

It lists MyLLCName LLC along with Enterprise #1, however the LLC has 0's across the board while the Enterprise holds all the data, and TurboTax is treating it as two different businesses and forcing an aggregation.
I have tried several fixes I've read about online here, as well as on other forums, and I am unable to rectify this issue.

I've also tried outright deleting the relevant forms to basically prompt the system to start over, without having to re-input all details, however the forms automatically re-populate with the same information.

What am I doing wrong here?

I'm at my wit's end!

Thank you

x

QBI & Aggragation for Real Estate

RE to Self:

In case this happens to anyone else and they're seeking a resolution:

After using the online consultation feature of TurboTax a very helpful representative walked me through the issue.

A Schedule C had been created which was the source of the issue. Deleting that Schedule C left only Enterprise #1, which resolved this particular issue.
