On 1099 MMISC only line 2 and 17 are filled out from a royalty I have so why does Turbo tax send me to schedule c and ask for business code and accounting method?

It probably has to do with which screen you entered the 1099-MISC through.

I have 2 investment accounts, one personal and one tied to my LLC. THe TUrboTax tool will let me fill out Schedule C but there is no way to say that the 1099 is LLC?
