This is clearly a Robinhood issue I called them yesterday told them the problem they said they would look into it an email me.
they sent me an email with the same bull they have on their site .
but I did notice this paragraph
"Your tax data may not yet be available on the Open Financial Exchange [OFX] "
same issue.
Still have an error. It asks if I recently closed the account. Crypto worked fine. Stocks / 1099 B not working.

I called and spoke a rep at turbotax for over 1 hr 15 min, she attempted with suggestions and none worked for my Robinhood 1099 for stocks. She also tried the online version of turbotax. This is frustrating.

My credentials (the Account # and the Document ID) are not incorrect.

I just got a corrected 1099 from Robinhood today. Of course I’ve already submitted my taxes after manually entering the 1099 (which is actually really easy to do summary form). I’m betting that’s why there was an error. Don’t waste your time trying to fix this. It’s certainly a Robinhood issue and they are incompetent.
I tried again after the corrected one and still failing and RH is not helping....No issue with TD and Fidelity....only RH fails. So annoying. Am I doing something wrong ? https://imgur.com/a/mCJx6Eu I tried space, no space, capital letter, small letter.... always have invalid signon message....
Regarding importing from Robinhood, please see the Help Article here for further assistance with importing your 1099. It mentions Charles Schwab as an example.
Also, some users have also had success completing the upload earlier in the morning or later in the evening.
good idea but it did not change anything. I check on "security" -> "privacy" and "Data Sharing Permission" is ON to allow third party access

The contact us page contains only the single number 1-800-446-8848; is this as intended? It does not seem possible to reach a human via that number.
