No, if you know that similar homes are being rented close to the rate your are charging for the same type of home you can indicate you are renting at fair rental value.  This is a subjective value based on all the facts and circumstances for your particular rental home.  TurboTax is providing a guide of averages. Deduct all of your expenses through the rental activity. Use the instructions below.

No, if you know that similar homes are being rented close to the rate your are charging for the same type of home you can indicate you are renting at fair rental value.  This is a subjective value based on all the facts and circumstances for your particular rental home.  TurboTax is providing a guide of averages.
