My wife receives 50% of music royalities from her deceased brother's music business. They come to use on 1099 misc forms. Where should they be entered in TurboTax?

Assuming they are correctly reported in box 2 of the 1099-MISC, that income is reported on SCH E as a part of your personal return. Under the Wages & Income tab select "I'll choose what to work on" and then scroll down to the Business Items section. Under that heading elect to start/update Rental & Royalty Income (SCH E) and go from there.
