My rental property is within an LLC. Do I enter this information within Turbo tax Premier within the rental property section or S corps, partnership and Trust?

Is Intuit Premier the right program for me to use? I also have a W2 from another company

It depends.  See the two options below:

 - If your LLC is a multimember LLC, a SCorp or an LLC taxed as a SCorp, then you would need to use TurboTax Business (only available in CD or download versions) to create the tax return (which would include the activity for the rental property owned by the LLC) for the business.  You will need a separate TurboTax product (Free, Deluxe, Premier, or Self Employed) to create your personal income tax return (where you would include your W-2 income -- your personal return should not include any LLC income or expenses).

 - If your LLC is a single member LLC (and not taxed as a SCorp), then you don't need a separate tax return for your LLC, as your LLC business (which would include the rental) is treated like a sole proprietor business and is included on your personal tax return.  To file a return that includes both your personal and LLC (sole proprietor) tax information, you can start with TurboTax Premier, but TurboTax Self Employed is designed to incorporate sole proprietor type businesses into the tax return.
