My real estate business does not own rentals, only collects a commission monthly from owner. However I can not get past rental real estate to just put in income.

If you do not own the properties, then your income and expenses would not be reported on Schedule E Rental Income and Expenses.

Instead, as a property manager, you are operating a business. Your income and expenses should be reported on Schedule C Business Income and Expenses.
