Were you a full-time student in 2019?  If you were a full-time student you could still meet the criteria to be claimed as a dependent,  If you were not a full-time student and earned at least $4200 in 2019 then your parents should not have claimed you as a dependent.

Even if they amend their return now, the reality is that it will never be processed in time for you to receive a stimulus check this year.  If they cannot claim you as a dependent on their 2020 tax return you will be able to get the stimulus money on your own 2020 tax return when you prepare and file it in early 2021.

Do (and will you for 2020) qualify as a qualifying child or qualifying relative?

WHO CAN I CLAIM AS A DEPENDENT?

You can claim a child, relative, friend, fiance (etc.) as a dependent on your 2019 taxes as long as they meet the following requirements:

Qualifying child

• They are related to you.

• They cannot be claimed as a dependent by someone else.

• They are a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or   Mexican resident.

• They are not filing a joint return with their spouse.

• They are under the age of 19 (or 24 for full-time students).

    • No age limit for permanently and totally disabled children

They live with you for more than half the year (exceptions apply).

Qualifying relative

• They don't have to be related to you (despite the name).

• They cannot be claimed as a dependent by someone else.

• They are a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.

• They are not filing a joint return with their spouse.

They lived with you the entire year.

• They made less than $4200  (not counting Social Security)

• You provided more than half of their financial support. More info

When you add someone as a dependent, we'll ask a series of questions to make sure you can claim them.

Understand that when it comes to the stimulus payment, what matters is if your parents qualify to claim you. It does not matter if they actually claim you or not. If they "QUALIFY" to claim you as a dependent, then you do not qualify for a stimulus payment based on the current rules for this.

Q. What can I do to receive the stimulus check?

A. Wait til next year.

As others have said, you, almost certainly qualify as your parent's dependent and are not entitled to the stimulus in 2019.  However that doesn't matter (much).  Also, as others have said, "In essence, the stimulus check acts as an advance of your 2020 income tax refund. This means when you prepare your 2020 income tax return, and you no longer qualify as a dependent, there will be a line to include the section 6428 credit. The credit on your 2020 return is subtracted by any amount received as a stimulus check in 2020. If the amount you received as a stimulus check is less than the credit you are due, the difference will be included as part of your 2020 refund. If you have been overpaid by receiving the stimulus check, however, you will not be required to return any excess amount".
