MY MOM DIDNT LIVE WITH ME BUT I HAVE BEEN HELPING PAY FOR HER RENT/ FOOD AND CLOTHING. CAN I STILL CLAIM HER OR NO

Although your mom did not live with you all year, IRS allows you to claim her if you meet the rest of the following rules:

Gross Income: Mom earned less than $4,200n 2019.

Total Support: You provide more than half of the total support for the year. - Support Test

Relationship:  They are related to you.

She cannot be claimed by another taxpayer.
