Sounds like your Rental Property Info did not transfer properly from 2019.
Edit your Rental under Rental Property and Royalties.
Then EDIT your Property Info to check Ownership details and EDIT if needed (screenshots).

I did this. That is my point. When I click on the "Edit" under Ownership Percentage (which currently shows 50%), the screen just refreshes to the same "Review your Rental Property Info" Screen.
Also, I see from the screen captures you included, my review screen does not list an "Owner Name" block under Owner info. Mine lists only four: Active Participant, Real Estate Professional, Ownership Percentage, & Required to Send a 1099. All but the Ownership Percentage allows me to click "Edit" where it brings me to the appropriate page.
When the same screen if flashing up like that, it is caused by a browser error.
Use Chrome browser, do not use the app.
Click the three dots in the upper right corner
Select Settings
Privacy and Security
Clear browser data for all time
Then sign in to TurboTax on the Chrome browser
Delete the entry that has the error and enter it again.

This does not solve the problem. And I'm not deleting the property, because all depreciation history will be deleted with it.
