Is VAT paid on management fees on UK rental property deductible?

I pay a management company to manage the renting of my UK property. They charge me VAT on top of their monthly fee and I also pay VAT on top of any maintenance costs. Are these taxes deductible separately or should I include the VAT as part of the expense when claiming it?
