No you would be considered a lessor of real estate since you are managing a property that you also lease. Please view page 18 of the IRS link below for reference.

No you would be considered a lessor of real estate since you are managing a property that you also lease. Please view page 18 of the IRS link below for reference.

My assumption was that you are leasing/renting a vacation property that you own. Is that not the case?
