I can't import my Acorns 1099. I get a message that it is an invalid logon but the account number and document ID are correct. I've tried turning off my VPN and relaunching TurboTax an attempted the import but it failed again. I've seen several posts here about the same thing, but none had a viable answer.
When will this be fixed?

I'm also seeing the same problem. I'm using the Desktop version of Premier. It keeps saying Invalid Login. I don't actually see where I'm attempting to log in, although I have typed the account number and document ID correctly. I have also tried having the Acorns web page logged in but that doesn't seem to help either. Given that there are many people referencing the same issue, when can we expect a solution?
@ericstallsworth Are you saying that you are also unable to login through their site? Or are you saying you're logged in online to see if it allows the program to make the connection? Thanks!
No, I'm able to log into Acorns via their website just fine. When I'm in the desktop version of Turbotax Premier, there is no way to log into Acorns (within the Turbotax application). And I need to be able to do this in order to import my tax data. This is evidently a known issue because there are many people complaining about it. What steps do I need to take to get this resolved?
Thanks,
Eric
I am also having the same issue. I am just using the online turbotax version. I am able to imput my info and is shows my document but when I try to upload the document it kicks me back to the bringing. I have tried on multiple platforms and networks with no luck..
I have the same issue
when i type in the doc id and acct # using turbo tax import. I receive invalid signon.
Acorns has no clue. any resolution on this issue?
thanks
If you are unable to import your financial transactions, you can Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions.
I am seeing the same issue. I have entered the account number and document ID several times to be sure they are right and I still get the same message: Document ID (not case sensitive): Please enter the eleven digit Document ID from your Form 1099 (top right corner).
I have made sure that when I enter the document ID that it is only 11 digits. Why is it not working?
Some have entered the document ID number in lower case with no spaces and have had success. Please see the response from JosueT, and let us know if this works for you.
Have 1099-B from Acorns but Can't Import (intuit.com)
Seems to be case sensitive. I used capital letters and numbers and it worked.
Glad it worked for you.
