In 2016, some of my RSUs were vested. I chose to pay the tax from my pay check. I have not sold the stock. In this case, do I report any thing in my tax return?

If you paid the taxes associated with the RSU's vesting out of your own pocket, i.e., no shares were withheld or sold "for taxes", then you have nothing to report beyond the reporting that's already on your W-2.
