I think you mean you are a partner in an LLC or shareholder in an S corporation and received a schedule K-1 that lists depreciation on it. Without seeing the schedule K-1 I couldn't say for sure, but normally the depreciation would be deductible and appear on your tax return as such on page two of schedule E.
