I own gas lease property in Arkansas, but royalties are paid by parent company in Tennessee. Where would I need to pay state taxes?

Arkansas is the source of the income, and if it is a large enough amount that you are required to file an Arkansas tax return, then they will be expecting you to file.

Often the royalties you receive are not enough to trigger a tax return.
