1099-B from OptionsExpress . Need help populating my trades

Well, you can't report that activity using the "Free Edition" you say you are using. (Reported next to your name above.) You need the Premier edition for that.

You use the "Contracts and Straddles" interview to enter this activity. I don't know if that activity is imported with other 1099-B activity, or not.
