I'm Italian and I live in USA(Idaho). I own one house in USA and one In Italy (2nd home, no rental income)

can I claim  property taxes, mortgage interest an expenses for both? If yes should I cumulate them once requested by Real Estate module or I have to keep them separeted?

Yes, assuming that you are a US Resident,  you can deduct the property tax on both properties. You should separate them in TurboTax between your main residence and other property. See the screenshot below.
