Sold a car we took the standard mileage deduction on for 2 rental properties. Do I use the total Prior Depreciation Equivalent or only the portion for each house?

The Prior Depreciation Equivalent is requested under the "Vehicle Expenses" section in both of my rental properties.  I don't know if I use the total miles (miles driven for both properties) to calculate the prior depreciation under both houses or if I use the only the miles driven for that specific house.

Prior depreciation equivalent is the cost of the vehicle as explained below.

It is the portion of the standard rate that is attributed to depreciation.

I have ALWAYS used the standard mileage rate, yet Turbo Tax takes me to a screen that asks me to "Enter the depreciation equivalent of your standard mileage deduction for the years before 2018".
Also, I still don't know if I calculate this number by miles I drove just for this house or miles for both houses.

Standard mileage rate includes depreciation.

The on demand guidance  for Prior Depreciation Equivalent says to use the chart to calculate the $ amount for the mileage of the vehicle for each prior year.  Not to leave it blank.

Since this entry section is for a particular property and the same identical form is entered for each property wouldn't the mileage calculation for the $ amount be for the property specified in this section?

For prior years how does one account for Prior Depreciation Equivalent mileage for this vehicle on properties that were sold in a prior years?  That is the issue I have been spending many hours on trying to find an answer.

For each year that you used the vehicle, you must know the number of miles you claimed for the standard deduction. The Standard Deduction includes depreciation and that needs to be re-captured when the vehicle is sold or changes to personal use.

Enter the miles that same way you entered them when you took the standard deduction.

Normally this is asked for when the vehicle is sold. If you sold the properties and will no longer be using this vehicle for personal use, allocate the miles between the properties in whatever manner makes sense.

Next, for each year, you will multiply that number of miles to the "build-in" depreciation of that year's standard deduction. That is what the chart shows.

If there were properties sold in prior years, and this is the last to be sold, allocate all the depreciation (miles) to this one property.

What is really happening is that you are "Selling" the vehicle to yourself if it will no longer be used in a business or rental capacity. Unless you really are selling the vehicle, you will need to include the depreciation recapture to the sale of this last property.
