I foreign rental properties and I pay taxes in France for them already. How do I add a 1116 to my TT return? ( I already have one related to a 1099-INT).

You can add it under the Foreign Tax Credit section (but as an additional column on your passive 1116 if your 1116 column "a" related to your 1099-INT income is under a different country than France).

So once you are in the Foreign Tax Credit section, answer "yes " twice, then "continue" 3 times - take credit - continue then "no" - "continue" twice - then enter as "passive" income with "France" as the country.

To enter a foreign tax credits in TurboTax, log into your tax return (for TurboTax Online sign-in, click Here and click on "Take me to my return") type "foreign tax credit" in the search bar then select "jump to foreign tax credit". TurboTax will guide you in entering this information

Thank you TurboTaxDeeS!
Also, when filling for the "Definitely related expenses" in form 1116, do I need to include the depreciation (for the rental properties), or just the other expenses?

You will include all the rental expense (including deprecation) as definitely related expenses (Just remember that foreign rentals are depreciated over a 40 useful life (not 27.5))
